Job Summary
We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to handle tender and costing preparation, progress claims, and project budget monitoring. The ideal candidate will manage contract documentation and liaise with suppliers, sub-contractors, and consultants. Fresh graduates with a relevant diploma or degree are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Prepare tenders and costing
- Handle progress claims and sub-contractor claims
- Monitor project budget and cost control
- Manage contract and project documentation
- Liaise with suppliers, sub-contractors and consultants
Required Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Construction industry experience is a plus
- Responsible and independent
- Willing to travel or work outstation
