Chicago Chicken City Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Account Executive in Kuantan to manage full sets of accounts and daily financial operations. Responsibilities
- Manage full set of accounting functions (GL, AR, AP)
- Prepare monthly financial reports and cash flow statements
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements
Required Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Familiarity with Autocount accounting software
- Fluent in English and BM
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full set of accounting functions, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, transaction recording, and document processing.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow statements, and management accounts.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and other external parties when required.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal SOPs, and statutory requirements.
- Assist in improving internal controls and supporting business decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3 years relevant accounting experience.
- Familiarity with accounting software; experience with Autocount is an advantage.
- Fluent in English and BM.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently under tight timelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
