Job Summary

Job Details

Responsibilities: - Responsible for day-to-day purchasing and sourcing activities to achieve cost efficiency and support operational needs. - Perform supplier sourcing, evaluation, assessment, and selection based on quality, price, delivery, and reliability. - Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers. - Maintain supplier performance monitoring and vendor relationship management for continuous improvement. - Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely material availability to avoid production downtime or late deliveries. - Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, and filing systems. - Support internal departments by understanding material needs and ensuring timely fulfillment. - Perform other responsibilities as assigned by a superior or management from time to time. Qualifications: - Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field. - Prior experience in purchasing, logistics, or administrative roles is an advantage. - Fresh graduates are also welcome. - Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. - Familiar with customs procedures, import/export documentation, and tax exemption processes is a plus. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. - Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks effectively.
