Job Summary
QuikMaster is seeking an E-Commerce Executive for Customer Service based in Batu Caves, Selangor. The role involves handling customer inquiries across multiple online platforms, processing orders, and coordinating with logistics teams. Candidates must be able to communicate, read, and write in Mandarin.

Required Skills
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
- Familiarity with Shopee, TikTok Shop, or Lazada

What You'll Do
- Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, website and social media platforms.
- Assist customers with product information, recommendations and order enquiries.
- Process online orders and coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team.
- Monitor order fulfilment and ensure timely delivery.
- Handle after-sales enquiries, returns and customer feedback professionally.
- Assist in updating product listings, promotions and online store information when required.
- Support daily e-commerce operations across multiple online marketplaces.
- Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Prepare simple daily and monthly reports.
Requirements
What do we need from you?
- Minimum SPM, Certificate, Diploma or Degree
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Candidates with Customer Service, Retail, Sales Support or E-Commerce experience are welcome
- Familiar with Shopee, TikTok Shop or Lazada is an added advantage
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
