Job Summary

The Assistant Vice President, Integration (Rakita) will lead integration planning, project coordination, and cross-functional execution for commercial campaigns, partnerships, and special projects. This role oversees operational excellence, stakeholder management, governance, risk, and financial performance to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in media, project management, or commercial operations with strong leadership capabilities.

Job Details

Integration Planning & Project Coordination - Lead the planning and delivery of commercial campaigns, programming initiatives, sponsorships, partnerships, digital activations and special projects. - Translate business requirements into clear project plans, timelines and resource needs. - Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. - Monitor progress, resolve issues and manage execution risks. Cross-Functional Integration - Serve as the key integration lead across Programming, Commercial, Creative & Digital, Production, Engineering, Finance and other functions. - Lead project meetings and ensure effective communication and stakeholder alignment. - Oversee operational readiness, dependencies and resource availability. - Resolve issues and escalate significant risks or constraints to Management when required. Commercial Campaign & Partnership Execution - Lead the execution of client campaigns, sponsorships, promotions and partnership deliverables. - Ensure deliverables meet agreed timelines, quality standards and commercial objectives. - Translate commercial commitments into clear operational requirements and execution plans. - Monitor campaign performance and oversee post-campaign reporting and evaluation. Operational Excellence & Quality Assurance - Drive efficient processes while maintaining high standards of quality and service delivery. - Oversee operational checks and readiness reviews before launches and implementation. - Identify and implement improvements to workflows and operational processes. - Maintain accurate project records and trackers for reporting, governance and audit purposes. Stakeholder Management, Governance & Risk - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, agencies, vendors, partners and key stakeholders. - Lead stakeholder engagement and ensure timely resolution of project and operational matters. - Ensure projects comply with Group policies, SOPs, authority limits and regulatory requirements. - Ensure required approvals and documentation are in place before project implementation. - Identify and manage operational, commercial and reputational risks, escalating significant matters to Management when required. - Maintain accurate records and reporting to support governance and audit requirements. Revenue & Financial Performance - Drive and support revenue growth across radio, digital, content, events, sponsorships, advertising and partnerships. - Support Rakita’s P&L through revenue performance, cost management and profitability. - Support annual budgeting, forecasting and financial planning while maintaining financial discipline. - Monitor financial performance and recommend actions on key variances and trends. Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communications, Media Studies, Marketing, Project Management or a related field. - Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in media, project management, commercial operations or related areas. - Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects, campaigns, events and multiple stakeholders. - Good exposure to radio, digital media, advertising, content, events or commercial operations. - Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, with experience in commercial execution, budgeting or revenue initiatives preferred.
