We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented In-House Sales & E-Commerce Operations Executive to manage our online stores. You will handle daily store operations, product listings, and order fulfillment to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers.

Job Details
Store Management: Run and maintain daily operations on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
Product Listing: Upload product photos, write clear descriptions, and update pricing or stock levels.
Campaign Execution: Assist in setting up platform promotions, vouchers, and shock sales.
Order Fulfillment: Carefully pick, pack, and prepare products for daily courier collection.
Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and report when items are running low.
Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via platform chats politely and promptly.
