Required Skills

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Preparing coffee, traditional tea, and specialty drinks to the highest standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including explaining the functions and health benefits of different teas (e.g., detox, calming, digestive support, energy boosting).
- Offer product recommendations based on customer preferences and desired wellness effects.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked tea bar area to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
- Adhering to all food safety and quality standards.
- Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Operate the cash register, accurately handle cash and electronic payments, and ensure proper transaction recording.
- Collaborating with the team to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the overall success of the business.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer-facing role in the hospitality or food & beverage industry.
- Excellent coffee preparation and presentation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to engage customers in Mandarin and English.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
