Account Executive

Handle full or partial sets of accounts, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and bank reconciliation. Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, credit notes, and debit notes. Reconcile bank statements and company accounts. Assist with inventory, sales, e-commerce, and payment gateway reconciliation when required. Prepare monthly management reports, including Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, cash flow, and account schedules. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities. Manage staff claims, petty cash, and company expenses. Perform general administrative and accounting duties as assigned by management. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. At least 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience. Fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge may also be considered. Familiar with accounting software such as SQL. Basic knowledge of Malaysian accounting, SST, taxation, payroll, and statutory requirements is an advantage. Able to manage deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision. Responsible, organised, trustworthy, and willing to learn. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an added advantage.
