Job Summary
Cozyplace is seeking a Social Media Strategist / Manager to own and grow their Instagram and TikTok strategy. The ideal candidate will plan content calendars, manage freelance creators, and build scalable workflows. This is a fully remote role based in Johor Bahru offering performance bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow Instagram & TikTok strategy
- Plan content calendars, campaigns, and creative direction
- Manage freelance creators and ensure high-quality content
- Build SOPs, workflows, and systems for social media operations
- Track performance and optimize content using analytics
Required Skills
- 3–5 years in social media strategy or management
- Strong understanding of short-form content (Reels & TikTok)
- Experience managing creators or creative teams
- Able to build systems and work independently
- Hospitality, lifestyle, retail, or F&B experience is a plus
