The role involves monitoring performance and budgets, providing data-led recommendations, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve campaign objectives in a fast-paced agency environment.

Job Details
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, leads, and conversions.
- Analyse campaign data and provide recommendations to improve results.
- Optimise audience targeting, advertisements, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
- Prepare campaign reports and share performance insights with clients.
- Work closely with content writers, designers, and other team members to execute campaigns.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively and ensure clients’ campaign objectives are achieved.
- Maintain good relationships with clients and understand their marketing needs.
- Keep up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
Qualifications & Other Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads is required.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, SEM, SEO, and other digital channels is an advantage.
- Able to analyse campaign data and turn insights into practical improvements.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and client-management skills.
- Able to manage multiple campaigns and work well in a team.
- Experience managing international campaigns will be an added advantage.
- Active AI practitioner — uses AI tools to enhance project delivery, reporting, and process documentation; able to develop team members' AI capabilities.
- Data-driven and results-oriented; proactive and willing to test new campaign ideas; responsible for campaign performance and budget management; comfortable working in a fast-paced digital agency environment.
