Job Responsibilities - Handle customer enquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media platforms. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service. - Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their needs. - Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. - Follow up with customers and ensure a positive customer experience. - Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities. - Both full-time and part-time positions are available. Requirements - Minimum Diploma qualification - Must possess own transport - Able to communicate in Mandarin and English - Outgoing and cheerful personality - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated and willing to learn - Responsible and positive working attitude - Able to work independently and as part of a team - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (if applicable) - Willing to travel when required (if applicable)
