Responsibilities Treatments & Protocols - Deliver professional skincare treatments following established protocols, with familiarity in Korean steps considered a plus. - Tailor treatment plans and product selection to each client's skin type and goals, and record outcomes after each session. Client Care & Consultation - Conduct clear pre-treatment skin assessments and explain recommended procedures and homecare in simple terms. - Recommend retail skincare where appropriate and follow up to monitor client progress and satisfaction. Studio Operations & Safety - Maintain strict hygiene, sterilisation, and equipment care to meet standards. - Support appointment coordination and keep treatment areas organised to ensure punctual service. Requirements Qualifications & Experience - Practical experience with facial and skincare treatments is valued; part time candidates are welcome. - Genuine passion for skin health is more important than years of experience; we prioritise curiosity and careful practice. Hard Skills & Knowledge - Strong knowledge of skin analysis, facial techniques, and common active ingredients. - Familiarity with Korean skincare protocols and glass skin routines is a strong advantage.
