Job Summary
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email while providing accurate information and resolving complaints. Ensure high customer satisfaction and meet performance targets according to company standards. Minimum SPM qualification with good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.

Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and customer accounts.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex cases to the relevant department when necessary.
- Record and maintain accurate customer interaction details in the system.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Meet individual and team performance targets, including quality and productivity metrics.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work on rotational shifts within the operating hours.
- Prior customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory as training will be provided.
Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM (rotational shift)
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM (rotational, if required)
- 5 days work and 2 days off
Training Duration:
- 2–3 weeks
