Job Summary
The Storekeeper is responsible for managing inventory control, conducting physical stock counts, and verifying incoming deliveries. The role involves organizing goods in the storeroom while ensuring proper stock rotation techniques are applied. Additionally, the individual will handle the issuance and dispatch of materials and products to relevant departments.

Job Details
Store Inventory Control: Maintain accurate, up-to-date computerized inventory records, and conduct regular physical stock counts.
Receiving & Inspection: Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming deliveries. Verify that the items received match the purchase orders and delivery notes, checking for damage or discrepancies.
Storage & Organization: Arrange, label, and store goods properly within the storeroom. Implement stock rotation techniques such as FIFO (First In, First Out) or FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) to prevent spoilage.
Stock Issuance: Issue and dispatch materials, tools, or products to staff or departments as requested, while recording all transactions.
