Junior Sales Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and driven Junior Sales Executive to support and grow sales for our products, including dry cabinets (DryBox) and waterproofing solutions. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys interacting with customers, and wants to build a career in sales. You will handle inquiries, manage leads, and support both B2B and retail sales operations.

Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle sales enquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and walk-in customers
- Recommend suitable products based on customer needs
- Follow up with leads and assist in closing sales
- Support B2B and retail sales (contractors, homeowners, resellers)
- Prepare basic quotations and coordinate orders
- Work closely with operations team to ensure smooth delivery and service
- Maintain product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:
- Candidates with 1–2 years sales experience are welcome
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Responsible, proactive, and able to follow up consistently
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Sheets
