Job Summary
Din Tai Fung Malaysia is hiring a Service Crew in Klang Valley to deliver exceptional guest services, handle customer interactions, and maintain operational standards. The role involves greeting guests, taking orders, coordinating with kitchen staff, and managing payments. Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are encouraged to apply as training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and escort to tables
- Ensure table and utensil arrangement per SOP
- Take orders and handle customer queries
- Coordinate with kitchen staff
- Handle payment transactions
Required Skills
- PMR/ SPM qualification
- Mandarin speaking is an advantage
- Good customer service skills
Job Details
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To greet customers with utmost courtesy and escort customers to their tables
- To ensure that the tables and utensils are arranged as per SOP
- To repeat the order from customer and/ or attend to customer queries to ensure quality guest services
- To ensure the cleanliness and hygiene are kept to the standard
- To coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- To handle payment transactions
- Any ad-hoc duties as required by Management
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Candidate possess at least PMR/ SPM
- Fresh graduates/ Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
- With or without experience as training will be provided
- Mandarin speaker will be an advantage
