Logistics Assistant Manager
Job Summary
Supervise and oversee daily logistics and warehouse operations to ensure inventory accuracy and effective stock control. Lead, train, and motivate a team towards operational excellence while managing transportation and delivery schedules. Implement process improvements and liaise with internal departments and external vendors for smooth operations.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of logistics systems and inventory control

Requirements What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/assistant manager role.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (for supplier & client communication).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of logistics systems, inventory control, and warehouse best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
