Job Summary
Retail Assistant position located in Bandar Puteri Puchong. Responsible for serving walk-in customers and managing inventory stock. Fluent communication in Mandarin and Malay is required for customer engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Learn product knowledge.
- Serve walk-in customers.
- Engage & reply to customer enquiries.
- Arrange stock.
- 确认库存情况 (Confirm inventory status).
- 服务门市客户 (Serve store customers).
- 参与并回复客户咨询 (Participate and respond to customer enquiries).
- 管理库存 (Manage inventory).
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM holder.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- No experience candidates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
- Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Responsible and punctual.
- 通晓华文和马来文 (Fluent in Chinese and Malay).
- 有无经验均可 (Experience not required).
