Job Summary
AutoDetailer Studio is seeking a passionate Customer Service professional to manage client interactions and service coordination. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the service process, from initial booking to final delivery. The role requires a candidate who can bridge the gap between customer needs and operational delivery to ensure a premium experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries and service bookings
- Oversee vehicle check-ins and service process guidance
- Coordinate with Operations Team for project tracking
- Handle documentation including quotations and invoices
- Conduct post-service follow-ups and feedback collection
Required Skills
- Customer service or advisor experience
- Strong communication in English, BM, and Mandarin
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM systems
- Automotive industry knowledge
- Problem-solving and detail-oriented mindset
Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries and assist with service bookings.
- Listen to customer needs, identify pain points, and recommend suitable services.
- Guide customers through the service process from drop-off to delivery.
- Manage vehicle check-ins and ensure clear service understanding.
- Liaise with the Operations Team to track progress and provide timely updates.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and service-related documents.
- Follow up after service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Requirements:
- A customer-first mindset with a problem-solving approach.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant background in the automotive industry (strongly preferred).
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin (preferred) and BM.
- Experience in customer service or service advisor roles.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using Google Workspace and CRM systems.
- Have a passion for cars and delivering premium customer experiences.
