• Provide professional consultation to walk-in and online customers.
• Guide clients in choosing diamonds, engagement rings, wedding bands, and custom jewellery.
• Understand customers’ stories and recommend meaningful designs.
• Deliver exceptional service before, during, and after sales.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationship.
• Maintain showroom presentation and brand standards.
• Stay updated on jewellery trends and competitor landscape.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to improve customer experience.
