Job Details
Position: HR Recruiter
Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Monday - Friday)
Responsibilities:
- Post job ads on job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Source and approach candidates through online platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct basic candidate pre-screening.
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide candidate updates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment database.
- Assist in managing social media to promote job openings and employer branding.
- Create simple posts for job ads and company updates.
- Support senior recruiters in daily recruitment activities and learn end-to-end hiring process.
- Handle basic administrative and ad-hoc HR tasks.
