The Operation Branch Executive will oversee daily branch operations, including marketing activities, business development, and quality control. This role involves managing staff performance, ensuring clinic compliance with ISO15189 standards, and handling customer relations. The candidate is responsible for maintaining branch profitability and operational efficiency.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Organise promotion campaigns and projects in collaboration with the marketing department.
- Establish good customer rapport with all clinic clients and the community.
- Source for new business.
- Maximise profitability for the branch.
- Submit periodic reports on marketing activities and sales.
- Oversee the daily operations of the branch.
- Oversee and implement quality control on all tests.
- Review documentation of quality control issues under ISO15189.
- Ensure that the branch is adequately equipped and well maintained.
- Oversee the general maintenance of the branch, including cleanliness and security.
- Oversee staff matters such as grievances and disciplinary issues.
- Oversee staff performance, recommend training, and conduct staff appraisals.
- Relay company mission and policies to all staff.
- Attend to customers’ complaints and provide solutions.
- Oversee branch cash and sales transactions and submit relevant documents to the Accounts department.
- Oversee staff leave records, overtime, and claims.
Requirements:
- Possess qualifications in Biomedical Science, Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent.
- Possess a certificate under Akta 774.
- At least 3-4 years supervisory experience in a medical laboratory or healthcare-related industry.
- Ability to lead and supervise a team of staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Possess own transport.
- Mature, resourceful, independent, motivated, and able to work under pressure.
