Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside experienced Trademark Executives on real cases and client matters.
- Attend virtual meetings with clients and observe interactions with Intellectual Property Registrars.
- Learn how trademark searches are conducted and assist in preparing trademark search reports.
- Assist in researching legal and industry developments within Intellectual Property.
- Gain exposure to trademark prosecution processes, including drafting responses to office actions.
- Contribute articles and thought-leadership content for publication on our website and newsletters.
- Develop critical research, writing, and analytical skills in a professional IP environment.
Requirements:
