Job Summary
The Team Lead for Production will supervise daily operations, maintain safety standards, and oversee stock management. The role involves managing the baking and mixing processes while ensuring equipment is properly maintained. You will be expected to drive operational efficiency and manage the team to meet production targets.

Job Description
- Lead and supervise the team to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and internal rules and regulations.
- Conduct stock counts and oversee stock arrangement.
- Supervise the baking and mixing of nuts.
- Ensure proper maintenance of equipment.
- Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
- Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.
Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Lead, or in a people management role is required.
- Minimum 2 or 3 years working experience in relevant field.
- Aggressive, Result-driven, Good time management & Stress management.
- Willing to standby all the time for ad-hoc stuff.
- Resourceful, meeting deadlines, ability to work independently & good team player.
- 6 Working days per week.
- Malaysian only.
