Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead a team of software developers and ensure that their deliverables meet the required standards and are delivered on time
- Design and develop software solutions based on functional specifications provided by project teams
- Test and debug software to ensure quality in the solution
- Participate in performance testing and debug any performance issues that arise
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to the development process
- Support all software applications and ensure that target uptimes are met and maintained
- Monitor and troubleshoot software issues and take appropriate actions to resolve them
- Ensure that support SLAs are met by promptly addressing and resolving customer issues
- Work with hardware to ensure that software is properly integrated and optimized for the target environment
- Providing guidance and support to junior members of the team
- Reporting of progress and issues to the relevant parties
