Job Summary
The FinTech Consultant will be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and managing B2B corporate clients for international money transfer services. This role involves active client prospecting, conducting due diligence, and troubleshooting service issues while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Candidates will work across both junior and senior levels depending on experience, with performance-based monthly commissions.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Source, hunt, onboard and develop business customers for international outbound money transfer requirements such as import payments.
- Prospect new clients via sales calls, outdoor sourcing, inbound leads, direct mail, email, and networking events.
- Oversee and manage the entire corporate onboarding process from account acquisition to transaction fulfillment.
- Travel to meet customers at their office address and perform due diligence.
- Strengthen trust and relationships with clients to grow market share.
- Identify key markets for growth and execute strategies set by the Head of B2B Acquisition.
- Assist the Compliance Team in securing proper due-diligence documentation.
- Build strong relationships and meet client expectations on product offerings.
- Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues by working with internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from a reputable university.
- Relevant corporate sales experience is prioritized.
- Ability to perform at a high level without significant supervision and with attention to detail.
- Must be innovative, confident, accountable, and possess a strong sense of self-initiative.
- Personal transportation is a requirement for local travel; petrol allowances are granted, and parking/toll charges are claimable.
- Strong command of multiple languages is a bonus.
