Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Alignment of Business Requirements and System Functions: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Translate these requirements into functional specifications that align with the capabilities of our ERP system.
- Effective Communication: Facilitate communication across all levels of the organization. Clearly articulate technical concepts and solutions in a manner that is easily understandable to stakeholders.
- Business Information Management: Manage financial reports, inventory records, and production schedules. Leverage BI tools to extract actionable insights from data and ensure information integrity within the ERP system.
- System Logic Development and Database Understanding: Develop and implement system logic enhancements to support evolving business requirements. Utilize AI technologies to automate routine tasks and optimize database structures for data storage and retrieval.
- ERP Business Process Expertise: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of ERP business processes, particularly in manufacturing and agriculture sectors to streamline operations.
- Quality Assurance & Software Testing: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of the system. Conduct thorough testing using both manual and automated methods to identify bugs and resolve defects.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, system design, test plans, and user manuals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with basic system logic development and database structures.
- Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) tools and techniques.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing test plans and conducting software testing.
- Good to have: In-depth knowledge of ERP business processes (manufacturing/agriculture), familiarity with AI concepts (ML, NLP, predictive analytics), and experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for testing.
