Job Summary
The Content Strategy Team is seeking a creative individual to lead TikTok content production for various brands including Xiaomi and Dreame. You will be responsible for brainstorming, filming, and editing engaging videos that drive brand awareness and sales. This role requires analyzing content performance to optimize reach and collaborating closely with e-commerce and digital marketing departments.

- Create fun, creative, and engaging TikTok videos that resonate with our target audience.
- Research and stay updated on TikTok trends to produce viral-worthy content.
- Collaborate with the business and creative teams to brainstorm ideas and align content with brand objectives.
- Showcase products through storytelling, tutorials, and entertaining formats to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Plan and execute content strategies tailored for TikTok, focusing on audience engagement and growth.
- Analyze content performance and make data-driven improvements for better reach, engagement and conversion.
Requirements:
- Good command (both spoken and written) in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Bubbly, creative and confident personality.
- Good team player and willing to go extra miles.
- Experience or background of Videographer, Marketing, Ecommerce, Mass Communication, Media, Social Media would be an added advantage!
