E-Commerce Intern
Job Summary
Big Fat Smile Sdn Bhd is seeking an E-Commerce Intern to assist in managing online product listings and supporting campaign setups across major marketplaces like Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada. The successful candidate will work closely with Marketing, Design, and Operations teams to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce operations. This internship offers a great learning environment with a potential opportunity for full-time conversion.
Responsibilities
- Manage online product listings
- Support campaign and promotion setup
- Update product information and store content

Required Skills
- Pursuing Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce or related field
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Good communication skills

Requirements What We're Looking For:
- Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce or related field
- Able to commit at least 3 months internship
- Final semester students preferred
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms is a plus
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
- Good communication skills
