Job Summary
The Project Manager (M&E) will lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion across Malaysia and the Philippines. The role involves overseeing project schedules, budgets, and resource plans while coordinating with stakeholders. You will ensure technical compliance and deliver high-quality project outcomes.

Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple M&E projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage project teams, providing leadership and guidance.
- Prepare proposal for new enquiries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in M&E project management.
- Experience in managing MEP, HVAC, cleanroom, data center, industrial, or construction projects would be an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, etc.).
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
