Senior Finance Executive
Job Summary
The Senior Executive/Executive - Finance will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, and project cost control within the property development sector. This role involves managing accounts payable/receivable, banking coordination, and ensuring regulatory compliance with tax and KPKT requirements. The candidate will also lead the implementation of e-invoicing and drive improvements in finance systems.

Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
- 2-3 years of finance/accounting experience
- Full set accounts proficiency
- Knowledge of property/construction finance
- Advanced Excel and accounting software skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese
Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Accounts & Payments: Oversee AP/AR, verify invoices, manage vendor payments, and handle purchaser collections.
- Banking & Loan Coordination: Manage loan drawdowns, repayments, interest monitoring, and end-financing matters.
- Regulatory Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with tax, accounting standards, and KPKT requirements (7f, 7e); assist in audits and regulatory submissions.
- E-Invoicing Implementation: Lead integration and compliance of e-invoicing with internal systems.
- Project Cost Control: Track costs, monitor budgets, and support project team on financial efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Assist in finance system enhancements and ad hoc finance duties.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in finance/accounting (property or construction industry experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of full set accounts, project financing, and compliance.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and accounting software (SQL, Auto Count is an advantage).
- Proficient in English, Chinese language (to liaise with clients and stakeholders).
