Job Summary
The Service Crew is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing transactions, and maintaining a clean dining and kitchen environment. Duties include greeting customers, taking orders, serving food, and ensuring hygiene standards. You will also assist in opening and closing the café and performing general cleaning tasks.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Ensure every financial transaction follows procedures.
- Responsible for e-cash received from customers.
- Provide good and friendly service to customers.
- Ensure the cashier counter is always clean and tidy.
- Greet and escort customers to their table.
- Provide information and promote items on menu.
- Take orders & serve food and beverages.
- Sending checks and collecting bill payments.
- Clear and carry dirty dishes to the kitchen for cleaning.
- Set the table and keep the dining room tidy.
- Cleans and disinfects food preparation areas to ensure proper hygiene.
- Wash and store all cooking utensils, cutlery etc.
- Sweeping and mopping the kitchen floor and wiping the walls.
- Dispose of rubbish and waste in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Open Cafe door when start business operation.
- Close Cafe door after business operation.
- Any other jobs instructed by Supervisor.
