Massage Therapist

Responsibilities: - Provide professional massage treatments in accordance with established spa service standards and protocols. - Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and spa facilities are clean, hygienic, and well-maintained at all times. - Adhere to all spa Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), service standards, and professional etiquette. - Deliver exceptional customer service and create a comfortable experience for clients. - Maintain a neat, pleasant, and professional appearance while on duty. - Work collaboratively with team members in a respectful and professional manner. - Remain friendly, courteous, calm, and focused when interacting with clients and colleagues. - Assist with other operational duties as assigned by management. Requirements: - Previous experience as a Massage Therapist is preferred; training may be provided for suitable candidates. - Female candidates are preferred due to customer preferences and service requirements. - Possess good interpersonal and communication skills. - Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude. - Professional, responsible, and committed to maintaining high service standards. - Able to work independently as well as part of a team. - Good attendance record, punctuality, and work discipline. - Willing to work a 6-day work week with 1 day off per week. - Must be available to work on weekends and public holidays (compulsory).
