Job Summary
The Store Manager Trainee position offers a 6-month comprehensive training program covering retail operations, sales, and management. Candidates will rotate through various outlets to gain hands-on experience in stock management, visual merchandising, and team leadership. High-performing individuals will have clear career progression opportunities, including potential promotion to Store Manager and eventually Area Manager.

Job Details
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in a 6-month Training Module including Close Sales Skill, Stock Management, Visual Merchandise, Finance Management & Human Resource Management.
- Become familiar with store operations and business skills through hands-on practice.
- Act as store PIC (Person In Charge) upon completion of the practical programme.
- Manage sales and store performance to meet targets.
- Conduct stock takes to minimize loss and manage storeroom efficiency.
- Execute Visual Merchandise standards according to company guidelines.
- Ensure full compliance with SOPs, policies, procedures, and profit protection measures.
- Build a strong sales and service culture within the team.
- Handle paperwork for month-end Finance & HR closing.
- Manage and post content on social media platforms.

Requirements:
- Must be able to work according to Retail Shifts, Weekends, and Public Holidays.
- Good knowledge of spoken English (ability to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and Bahasa Malaysia is required).
- Customer service experience will be valuable.
