Quantity Surveyor
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. This position is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of working experience looking to develop their career in the construction industry. You will assist in core quantity surveying tasks including take-offs, cost estimation, and contract administration.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Assist in quantity take-off, cost estimation, and preparation of Bills of Quantities.
- Assist in tendering, procurement, and contract administration activities.
- Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
- Monitor project costs and assist in cost control measures.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
- Maintain proper project documentation and records.
- Perform other QS-related duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with up to 2 years of relevant working experience are welcome.
- Good understanding of construction contracts and cost management principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
