Job Summary
This internship role involves supporting the design team with product development, market research, and sample coordination. The intern will assist in creating mood boards, documenting design ideas, and tracking development progress. The position requires close collaboration with internal departments to facilitate fashion innovation projects.

Job Details
Key Responsibilities
Product Development & Design Support
- Assist in research for new fashion designs, fabrics, colors, and silhouettes
- Support the preparation of design references, mood boards, and inspiration decks
- Help document design ideas, sketches, and development notes
- Assist in organizing samples, fabric swatches, and design materials
Research & Trend Analysis
- Conduct market and trend research (local & international fashion trends)
- Observe competitors’ products, pricing, and design direction
- Compile research findings into simple reports or presentations
Sample & Production Coordination
- Assist in tracking sample progress and updates
- Support communication with internal teams regarding design changes or feedback
- Help ensure samples are properly labeled, stored, and recorded
Documentation & Admin Support
- Maintain organized records for design files, sample lists, and development status
- Assist in updating internal trackers or systems related to fashion innovation
- Support preparation of internal reports, presentations, or briefing materials
Team Collaboration & Learning
- Work closely with Fashion Innovation, Operations, and Marketing teams
- Participate in meetings, discussions, and brainstorming sessions
- Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor related to innovation projects
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree students in Fashion Design, Fashion Technology, Textile, Creative Design, or related fields
