Job Summary
The Finance Executive is responsible for managing daily accounts payable and receivable processes, including supplier payments and customer collections. The role involves preparing financial reports, performing bank reconciliations, and monitoring cash flow. Additionally, the incumbent will assist in taxation compliance, month-end closing procedures, and administrative support for the finance team.

Required Skills
- Degree in Accountancy
- Proficiency in MS Excel & Word
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Mandarin proficiency
Job Details
Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Process supplier invoices and payments
- Issue invoices to customers & follow up on collections
Financial Reporting
- Prepare quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
Bank & Cash management
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient funds for operations
- Handle petty cash and reimbursements
General Ledger & Accounting
- Maintain and update accounting records
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing
Compliance & Audit
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
- Assist in internal and external audits
- Prepare supporting documents for auditors
Taxation
- Assist in tax filing (e.g. SST)
- Ensure timely submission of statutory requirements
Administrative Support
- Support finance team and management with ad-hoc tasks
- Maintain financial documents and filing systems
Requirements
- Possess at least Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Competent in Microsoft Excel & Word.
- At least Two (2) years working experience in similar role will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a team and a good sense of responsibility.
