This role supports the Digital & Affinity team by managing operational tasks and administrative reporting. Interns will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with various internal stakeholders. The position involves data recording and competitive research to support team objectives.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Supports partners’ operational work including policy endorsement, refund, cancellation, reissuance, and extension.
- Administrative support: Partners’ account creation and internal system access application.
- Filing and data recording.
- Online research and competitor analysis.
Requirements:
- Candidate must be eligible for an internship program within the Digital & Affinity team at Great Eastern General Malaysia.
