Software Development Intern
Job Summary
This internship role involves assisting with daily IT operations, hardware and software troubleshooting, and basic network maintenance. The intern will also develop scripts to automate IT tasks and maintain technical documentation. You will work closely with experienced tech leads to learn hands-on infrastructure management.

Job Details
Technical Operations: Assist in handling day-to-day IT operational tasks to ensure smooth and uninterrupted business operations. Troubleshoot & Support: Assist in diagnosing and resolve PC hardware, software, and operating system issues for internal teams. Network Maintenance: Assist in monitoring, configuring, and troubleshooting basic internal networks (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, IP configurations). Scripting & Programming: Write, tweak, or maintain basic scripts and small programs (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) to automate repetitive IT tasks. Document & Learn: Maintain clear IT documentation, manage support tickets, and learn hands-on infrastructure management from experienced tech leads. Requirements: Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, System Administration, or a related field. Hands-on knowledge of PC hardware components, software installation, and operating systems (Windows/Linux). Solid understanding of basic networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques. Familiarity with at least one programming or scripting language to assist with automation tasks. A proactive problem-solver who is eager to learn, highly organized, and possesses great communication skills.
