Retail Assistant

Responsibilities: - Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist in product selection, and provide information on durian varieties and promotions. Provide product testers and sampling in a friendly, engaging manner to attract customers, create interest, and drive sales. - Sales Support: Handle sales transactions accurately, operate the POS system, and ensure proper cash handling. - Product Handling: Assist in unpacking, arranging, and displaying durians and other products to maintain freshness and attractiveness. - Store Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store, counters, and equipment at all times. - Stock Management: Support in receiving, checking, and organizing stock; inform the supervisor of low or damaged items. - Teamwork: Work closely with the supervisor and team members to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer experience. - Customer Feedback: Listen and report customer feedback or complaints to the supervisor for improvement. - Brand Representation: Uphold company image by following grooming standards and delivering friendly, professional service. Requirements: - Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification. - Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in retail, F&B, or customer service. - Friendly, polite, and passionate about customer service. - Responsible, hardworking, and able to work under minimal supervision. - Willing to work on shift, weekends, and public holidays. - Interest in durian or F&B industry is a plus!
