Job Summary
The candidate will assist in daily indoor sales operations and support the sales and production team with artworks. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring excellent service delivery. This position is ideal for fresh graduates with a proactive learning attitude and basic design knowledge.

Job Details
Job Responsibility:
- Responsible for the daily indoor sales operation of the designated product in the division.
- Liaising with customers to process orders, handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Assisting the sales team with various tasks such as preparing & following up on leads.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints on company's services and products.
- To support sales and production artworks.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM or similar field, or in the process of obtaining professional qualifications.
- Fresh graduates with a desire learning attitude, good at sales communication with people are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator would be added advantage.
- Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
- Skills required: Basic Design Skills, Communication Skills, Organizational Skills, Teamwork.
- Ability to work independently.
- Pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service.
- Able to start work immediately.
