Job Summary
The Senior Creative Designer will lead visual conceptualization and mentor junior team members to deliver high-quality creative solutions. Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Conceptualization & Problem Solving: Analyze client briefs to understand core problems, challenge assumptions, and develop innovative visual concepts that align with business goals.
2. Mentorship & Junior Management: Actively mentor junior designers, provide constructive feedback, and guide their professional development while maintaining team alignment with creative visions.
3. Digital & Front-End Integration: Utilize fundamental knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web layouts to collaborate with developers, ensuring high-level creative concepts are technically achievable.
4. Brand Stewardship & Aesthetic Standards: Maintain and evolve brand identities to ensure consistent visual storytelling and uphold a high standard of aesthetic quality.
5. Proactive Innovation & Business Support: Identify opportunities for internal improvements, new creative services, and provide creative leadership for new business initiatives.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in graphic/digital design at a senior level.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Arts, or a related field.
- Leadership: Proven track record in managing/mentoring junior designers and leading mid-to-large scale projects.
- Technical Stack:
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS fundamentals.
- UI/UX proficiency with prototyping tools like Figma.
- AI Literacy: Proactive adoption of Generative AI (Midjourney, Freepik AI, Gemini AI) to enhance workflow and creative output.
- Mindset: Results-driven with strong communication skills and the ability to articulate creative decisions.
