We are seeking a Retail Assistant to join our outlet in Elmina Shah Alam. The role involves providing excellent customer service, handling cashiering duties, and maintaining store cleanliness and stock levels. Candidates with SPM or relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Provide good customer service and build relationships
- Handle cashiering for cash and card payments
- Assist in merchandising and maintain stock levels
- Maintain a clean and organized shopping environment
- Handle administrative work and ad hoc tasks
Required Skills
- SPM level or fresh graduate in diploma course
- Customer service and interaction skills
- Cashiering and payment processing
- Relevant retail experience is an advantage

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide good customers service to customers
- Willing to interacts with customer, answer customer enquiry and build relationship
- Cashiering-being responsible for processing cash and card payments
- Assist in merchandising product and always maintain complete stock level
- Maintain a pleasant shopping environment in outlet by creating a clean, tidy, and well organized display
- Handle in administration work and any other ad hoc tasks from time to time.
