Job Summary
Shoe Mo Penang is seeking a Full-Time Shoe Cleaning & Customer Service Crew to handle customer enquiries, clean and care for shoes, and assist with daily shop operations. Candidates must be willing to learn, responsible, and comfortable dealing with customers and handling various shoe materials, including pigskin shoes. Full training is provided for this role.
Responsibilities
- Attend to customers and handle enquiries
- Receive shoes, register orders and take photos
- Clean and care for shoes according to procedures
- Perform basic quality checks
- Maintain shop cleanliness and hygiene

- Malaysian citizen
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Comfortable dealing with customers
- Responsible and willing to learn
- Comfortable handling and cleaning pigskin shoes
