About the role Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a luxurious wellness space? Aura Regenerative Wellness is seeking a Wellness Consultant and Customer Experience Executive to join our team in Tun Razak Exchange, Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position responsible for providing a warm and attentive experience to our guests. What you'll be doing - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently - Respond to guest enquiries and requests promptly and courteously - Handle guest payments and process transactions accurately - Maintain a neat and organised front desk area - Provide information about the centre's facilities and services - Assist with other administrative tasks as needed - Assist with providing wellness treatments using specialized machinery - Recommend and sell wellness packages What we offer - Competitive remuneration (basic salary + commission) - Opportunities for career development - A range of wellness benefits to support your health and wellbeing Requirements What we're looking for - Proven experience in a customer service or front office role, preferably in the hospitality or wellness industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, helpful attitude - Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively - Must be proficient in English with Chinese as a plus - Must be able to communicate clearly, to accommodate to customer's needs - Familiarity with spa management systems and cash handling procedures - A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
