The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients. Key Responsibilities A. Sales & Business Development Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities within target industries and customer segments. Promote the company's IT consultancy services, software solutions, technology offerings, and other relevant services to prospective clients. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets and business objectives. Identify potential customers through networking, cold calling, referrals, industry events, LinkedIn, and other sales channels. Prepare sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial offers tailored to customers' requirements. Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and commercial conditions within the company's approved guidelines. Drive the sales process from initial engagement and needs assessment through proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure. B. Client Relationship Management Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand customers' business needs, challenges, and technology requirements to recommend suitable solutions. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and discussions to promote the company's services. Follow up on customer enquiries, proposals, and outstanding opportunities in a timely manner. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business, cross-selling, and upselling. C. Sales Pipeline & Account Management Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to support revenue targets. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales activities, customer information, and opportunity records in the CRM system. Monitor the progress of sales opportunities and implement appropriate follow-up strategies. Forecast sales revenue and provide regular updates on pipeline status, expected closures, and potential risks. Manage assigned customer accounts and identify opportunities to expand existing business relationships. D. Market Research & Competitor Analysis Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities. Identify new markets, industries, and customer segments that align with the company's business objectives. Monitor competitor service offerings, pricing strategies, and market positioning. Provide market intelligence and recommendations to management to support sales planning and business decisions. E. Internal Coordination & Reporting Collaborate with technical consultants, solution architects, project teams, and other relevant departments to develop suitable customer proposals. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer requirements are properly understood and communicated. Prepare regular sales reports covering revenue performance, pipeline development, customer engagement, and business opportunities. Participate in sales meetings, business reviews, and strategic planning discussions. Ensure compliance with company sales policies, approval procedures, and documentation requirements. Requirements Job Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or account management. Experience in IT services, IT consulting, software solutions, ERP systems, cloud services, or technology sales is an advantage. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing business deals. Experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, commercial negotiations, and account management. Established business networks and experience engaging corporate clients or key decision-makers will be an added advantage.
