Branch Executive
Job Summary
Ping Edge Sdn Bhd is seeking a driven Branch Executive for their Kitchen Arena Johor team to handle showroom operations and customer consultations. The role offers an opportunity for career growth into a Senior Executive position within a fast-growing kitchen equipment brand. Candidates will manage daily showroom activities, assist walk-in customers, and work towards monthly sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in customers and provide product consultation
- Manage showroom layout, cleanliness, and daily operations
- Follow up with leads and achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with HQ on orders, stock, and customer needs
Required Skills
- SPM, Diploma, or Degree qualification
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
- Friendly and confident communication skills
- Fluent in English (Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is a plus)
Job Details

Requirements:
SPM, Diploma, or Degree holders are welcome
No experience required – training and guidance will be provided
Good attitude, willing to learn and grow
Friendly, confident, and able to speak to walk-in customers
Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
Based in Johor or willing to relocate
Fluent in English; Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is a plus
