- Support other customer inquiries or project-related tasks
Required Skills

- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
- Basic computer skills
Job Details
Assist with FOC package client installation, setup and user onboarding. Support the team in handling FOC package leads, including making initial calls or responding to messages to introduce the package and gather basic customer requirements. Maintain proper records of each completed case according to dept work flow & practices. Support other customer inquiries or project-related tasks as assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
Possess Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or IT.
Proficiency spoken and written in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and basic computer skills are required.
We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Internship duration 3 months and above.
