Field Coordinator
Job Summary
The Field Coordinator will manage daily field operations in Sg. Siput, Perak, collaborating with smallholders and partners to execute project plans and training. The role requires conducting regular field visits, collecting data, and assisting the program team in achieving yearly milestones. Candidates must be Mandarin speakers with a background in agriculture and oil palm management.

Required Skills

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture
- Experience in oil palm management
- Good command of Malay and English
Job Details
Responsibilities:
- To liase with smallholders and conduct regular field visits to provide support and execute the project at field with team.
- To manage day to day field operations in coordination with partners and farmers and ensure timely implementation of project plans.
- To collaborate with the ground team for organized training, workshops, and capacity building programme for targeted farmers.
- To collaborate with the ground team for collected data, process documentation and facilitating opportunity in meetings.
- To assist the Program team in achieving yearly milestones, final outcomes of the program, and yearly activity plan.
- To provide assistance in identifying, evaluating and networking with other stakeholders and potential partners.
- To provide progress report at the end of every month.
- To perform any ad hoc and other duties relating to the above as may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
Requirements:
- Mandarin Speaker
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture
- Possess experience in oil palm management or other commodities
- Good knowledge of Microsoft
- Good command of Malay and English, both written & spoken
- Willing to travel to Taiping/Ipoh area
- Posses driving license
