Assistant Programme Officer
Job Summary
The Assistant Programme Officer will monitor programme results and facilitate knowledge building to ensure objectives are met. The role involves reviewing operations plans, streamlining work processes, and preparing comprehensive reports and proposals. Additionally, the candidate will support partnership implementations, conduct field visits, and assist with operational and financial analyses.

Job Details
Monitoring programme results to ensure that objectives are being met.
Facilitation of knowledge building and knowledge sharing, ensuring lessons learned are documented and applied
Contribute to the review and analysis of operations plans, identifying potential challenges and ensuring alignment with the program’s strategy
Identifies new and better approaches to streamline work processes and improve overall program delivery
Organizations of trainings for the operations or smallholders on programme.
Follow up on performance indicators/ success criteria, targets and milestones and preparation of reports.
Support the implementation and performance of partnership agreements through field visits and appropriate physical monitoring.
Analysis of the situation in programme, identification of operational and financial problems as well as development of solutions.
Present a thoroughly researched information for formulation of programme, preparation of project documents drafts, work plan, budgets and proposals on implementation arrangements.
Any other task assigned by the superior or management from time to time from time to time.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Agricultutral or related field.
Possess at least the same working experience.
Excellent communication, presentation, content writing skills.
Strong time-management skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Words, or related software.
Professional, well organized, reliable & meticulous.
Good command of English, both spoken & written.
